2. Can I ship goods from multiple suppliers in China?

Absolutely. We provide door-to-door services from the supplier’s location in China to your address in Australia, including customs clearance on both sides.

4. Do you handle customs clearance in Australia?

Yes, we have a local team in Australia (PHOENIX SUPPLY CHAIN PTY LTD) that handles customs clearance and local delivery, ensuring a smooth and compliant import process.

5. How are shipping costs calculated?

Costs depend on:

     ●  Volume or weight of the goods

     ●  Type of service (air, sea, FCL, LCL)

     ●  Origin and destination

 Once you provide basic shipment details, we’ll offer a clear and accurate quote.

6. Can I pay in AUD?

Yes. Even if the invoice is in USD, you can settle the payment in AUD via our Australian company account.

7. Do you ship sensitive or restricted items like batteries?

Yes. We are experienced in handling DG cargo (Dangerous Goods) including lithium batteries, power tool accessories, and other special goods — all under compliance with international shipping regulations.

9. Do you offer cargo insurance?

Yes. We can assist with repacking, labeling (e.g., Made in China, barcodes), palletizing, and other custom packaging needs upon request.

8. Can you help with product packaging or labeling?

Yes. We can arrange cargo insurance upon your request to protect your shipment against loss or damage during transit. Insurance is optional but highly recommended for valuable or fragile goods.

10. What if my goods are held by customs?

Our team will assist in resolving any customs issues, including missing documents, classification errors, or inspections. We have rich experience in compliant customs clearance in both China and Australia.

11. Do you service tax-inclusive (DDP)?

Yes. We offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) services upon request, which means we handle all customs duties and taxes, delivering directly to your door without you needing to worry about clearance.

12. Can you handle e-commerce shipments (e.g., Amazon, Shopify)?

Yes. We support FBA shipments to Amazon warehouses in Australia, and can also handle dropshipping, small parcel fulfillment, and other e-commerce logistics needs.
